2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND NO AFFILIATION

• Service: Assetto Hosting SLU provides game server hosting services based on slots and storage capacity.
• No affiliation: Assetto Hosting SLU is not affiliated with, associated with, or sponsored by Kunos Simulazioni, Reiza Studios, Studio 397, or any other video game developer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT GATEWAYS

• Payment methods: Virtual POS using Stripe, PayPal, and MONEI.
• Accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard only.
• Security: Assetto Hosting SLU does not access or store banking or card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by secure payment gateways.

4. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND DATA DELETION

• Refund guarantee: A full refund is guaranteed if requested within the first 5 calendar days after the charge (mistake or forgotten renewal).
• Long-term plans (3, 6, and 12 months): Discounts on these plans require a commitment period. No partial refunds will be issued once the initial 5-day grace period has passed.
• Data deletion: After cancellation or non-payment, the server will be reset to factory settings and all data permanently deleted. Assetto Hosting SLU does not guarantee data retention after the subscription ends.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND SUPPORT

• Prohibited activities: Use of the services for cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, storage of non-game-related files, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Support scope: Technical support is limited to server and hardware functionality. Configuration of mods, plugins, or rules is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Minimum age: The user confirms they are at least 13 years old or have legal authorization.

6. LIABILITY (MODS AND SECURITY)

• Mods management: The user is solely responsible for the content stored. Assetto Hosting SLU will remove content upon a legitimate notice sent to sergi@assettohosting.com.
• Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify Assetto Hosting SLU against any third-party claims arising from misuse of the service.
• Backups: Assetto Hosting SLU uses RAID 1 systems; however, the final responsibility for external backups lies with the user. Assetto Hosting SLU is not responsible for data loss.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY

• Financial limit: In no event shall Assetto Hosting SLU’s liability exceed the amount paid by the user for one monthly period (30 days) of the affected service.
• Exclusions: Assetto Hosting SLU is not liable for loss of profits, sponsorships, league prizes, or failures caused by force majeure (natural disasters or global network outages).

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Principality of Andorra.
