USA2 Server Update - Disk Issue
One of the hard drives on our Atlanta server (USA2) has encountered a sector failure, leading to an unexpected shutdown. Our team has swiftly restarted the server using our RAID system and loaded the backup drive. Currently, all server instances are starting up and will be fully operational soon.
We estimate that the boot-up process will complete around 4:50 UTC.
Our team is also in direct contact with the data center to inspect the affected drive and to evaluate a potential replacement during off-peak hours to minimize future disruption. If all goes well, we will proceed with the disk replacement at 10:30 AM Atlanta time (15:00 UTC). This will take place during hours when most of our customers will likely be asleep, minimizing impact.
